Application

Air enters through the nasal cavities. It then passes through the turbinates that serve to warm the air. A healthy horse at rest takes about eight to twelve breaths per minute.

Your horse only breathe through the nose, its nostrils must be completely clean and open. The nostrils carry the air to the lungs, acting as a filter and humidifier of the inspired air.
